Terms of Use

1.1. These Terms of Use are an integral part of the distance contract concluded by the parties based on the customer's order at our online store www.svilispepperfarm.com. The obligations contained in the Terms of Use are mandatory. Violation of these Terms of Use may constitute grounds for termination of the distance contract. The contract is valid for an unlimited period of time.

1.2. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the Terms of Use. The customer is not allowed to order goods from our online store www.svilispepperfarm.com if they have not read and agreed to the Terms of Use.

1.3. Terms

1.3.1. www.svilispepperfarm.com – the owner of the online store www.svilispepperfarm.com is SIA "JSI", registration No. 44103085722, legal address: Liepu iela 12, Augšlīgatne, Līgatnes pag., Cēsu nov., LV-4108, which offers and sells goods to customers in the course of its economic activities in accordance with these Terms of Use;

1.3.2. Customer – a natural or legal person who orders goods from www.svilispepperfarm.com and has unlimited legal capacity to enter into contractual relations with www.svilispepperfarm.com;

1.3.3. www.svilispepperfarm.com – the online store www.svilispepperfarm.com, which the customer uses to place orders;

1.3.4. Delivery – delivery of goods ordered by the customer to the specified address between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.;

1.3.5. Delivery package – packaging in which the products selected by the customer are delivered during delivery;

2. Ordering

2.1. When placing an order, the Customer must provide the following information: name, surname, contact information and exact delivery address.

2.2. When ordering goods, the Customer is responsible for providing true and accurate information.

2.3. Notifications regarding order fulfillment (e.g., order confirmation, invoice, order cancellation, etc.) will be sent to the Customer regardless of whether they have chosen not to receive notifications and offers, as these notifications are necessary for the fulfillment of orders and to inform the Customer about the status of the order.

2.4. The Customer's personal data will be used for order fulfillment and delivery, preparation of invoice documentation, refund of overpaid amounts and returned goods, administration of financial obligations and other obligations arising from these Terms of Use and the distance contract, as well as for the provision of other services provided by www.svilispepperfarm.com. For more information on the processing of personal data, please refer to Section 10 of these Terms.

3. Price, payments and delivery costs

3.1. The prices of goods on www.svilispepperfarm.com are indicated in EUR. All prices are indicated including any value added or other tax. Goods are sold at the prices valid at the time of placing the order. A bank transfer fee may apply depending on the customer's bank.

3.2. In addition to the order amount, the Customer will be charged a delivery fee of EUR 5 for courier delivery services to the specified address. The delivery fee does not apply if the total price of the goods for delivery exceeds EUR 50.00.

3.3. The customer can only pay using the payment methods specified in the payment method selection on www.svilispepperfarm.com. Payment must be made when placing the order.

3.4. After receiving the order, www.svilispepperfarm.com will send the customer an order confirmation by e-mail.

4. Order completion and delivery

4.1. www.svilispepperfarm. com makes every effort to ensure that each order is fulfilled in full, however, due to the unavailability of certain products at the time of placing the order, www.svilispepperfarm.com cannot guarantee that all products ordered by the Customer will be available and delivered. In such cases, www.svilispepperfarm.com customer service will contact the Customer and agree on a replacement or refund.

4.2. Delivery will be made to the parcel terminal located at the address selected by the Customer at the time of placing the order.

4.6. The document confirming the purchase of goods on the website www.svilispepperfarm.com is the delivery note, which is sent to the e-mail address specified in the order for the respective goods.

4.7. Receipt of the goods is confirmed by the buyer entering their personal code to collect the order.

4.8. Complaints that an order has not been delivered will not be accepted after receipt of the order has been confirmed.

4.9. www.svilispepperfarm.com does everything possible to ensure that the Customer's order is delivered. www.svilispepperfarm.com assumes no responsibility if this deviation has occurred due to the Customer or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Quality guarantee and liability

5.1. The products displayed on www.svilispepperfarm.com may differ in shape and color from the products received due to the nature of the technical means used to fulfill the Customer's order or other reasonably foreseeable discrepancies.

6. Right of withdrawal and right to refuse

6.1. The Customer has the right to unilaterally exercise the right of withdrawal.
